I didn’t know somebody could own a bridge.
I also spent 15 minutes working on my watercolor box. This is how it looks open. I still have make hinges and solder the thing together. Then paint.

TBG,
An incredible story! Such matters are theoretically decided through the democratic process in North America? Bridges in Hong Kong are public assets but the decisions are not made by Joe Public. e.g.: One influential person with infrastructure interests was able to cancel a big suspension bridge after the final design had been completed, then completely changed the location of another major sea crossing presently under construction, presumably to suit his own particular agenda. No one bats an eyelid.
